About the role;
Working in a dynamic and innovative team committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, we believe in investing in our greatest asset – our people. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the professional development landscape within our organisation.
  
 Key responsibilities will include:
  

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and artefacts.
  • Facilitate training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of our learning initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support operational risk management through ensuring frontline training meets regulatory needs
  
  
  
What will you bring?
  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong instructional design skills, utilising various training methods and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to tailor learning solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends and incorporating innovative approaches into learning programs.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management, relationship management and influencing skills
  • Lead, communicate and engage with all levels of staff
  • Demonstrate initiative, analytical and business acumen skills
