THE ROLE
As the Learning and Development Specialist you will diagnose, design, develop and deliver quality learning programs, on time and on budget.
This role encompasses significant stakeholder engagement to understand demand management in order to deliver learning solutions that meet strategic imperatives.
You will build influential relationships with all levels of leadership.As a trusted learning partner, you will provide and tailor contemporary and critical solutions that drive commercial and cultural success through best in industry standards.
ABOUT YOU
You'll be an experienced learning partner and instructional designer who takes ownership. You seek to design and deliver contemporary programs of work that make a positive difference across all groups you work with. It is imperative that you have strong leadership development experience. In addition to this you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment;
- Instructional design and facilitation experience;
- Blended learning methodology expertise;
- Solid project management experience and cross functional coordination; and
- A customer centric work ethic and commercial mindset.
