About the role
With our continued growth, we are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role will be supporting the business through the development and delivery of organisational specific and professional development training.
The primary duties include:
- Design, develop, coordinate and facilitate training programs and materials (Face to face and eLearning modules).
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts and external providers to develop training modules and in-house programs where required.
- Assessing instructional effectiveness and reviewing impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
- Maintaining training records.
Skills and experience
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar.
- Exceptional in communicating, coaching, guiding and influencing others.
- Experience in adult learning principles, design and facilitation.
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to develop learning content, activities, assessments and resources.
