MLC School is looking for an experienced Learning Enrichment Coordinator who will support our vision to educate and inspire young women to be fearless thinkers with moral courage and compassion to be agents of change in their own lives and in the lives of others.

About the position

MLC School are seeking an experienced educator to join our Learning Enrichment Department as the Junior SchoolLearning Enrichment Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for the assessment, design, and implementation of exemplary programs to meet the needs of individual students. You will plan for the systematic programming and structured evaluation of support and enrichment in PreK - 5.  In this position you will conduct assessments for specific learning difficulties; organise timetables for in-class support to ensure areas of need are addressed; develop student learning plans and maintain records of progress.

Selection Criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications in Special Education or other relevant qualifications.
• Experience in a similar role within a school or other educational environment.
• Ability to conduct relevant testing to identify students’ needs and design differentiated programs accordingly.

• Current First Aid Qualifications
• A current NSW Working with Children’s Check
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
