The Opportunity
We are seeking a Leasing Administrative Assistant to coordinate and oversee the lease administration process. Reporting into the General Manager – Leasing, this is a busy, full-time position that will require excellent communication skills and superb attention to detail to assist in maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key duties of the position will include:
- Preparation and amendment of various lease documents
- Management of leasing registers and reports
- Support of all aspects of the Leasing team administration (filing, printing)
- Internal and external stakeholder query management
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budget packs
- Supporting general office duties in conjunction with Business Manager
About You
The ideal applicant for this position is a results-driven, highly organised individual with advanced Microsoft Office skills and an interest in the Leasing industry. Previous administration experience in leasing is desirable.
