The Role
The Leasing Agent is part of the Operations team and reports directly to the Leasing Manager and General Manager with an indirect reporting line to the Operations Director and Facility Manager. You will have responsibilities across the build to rent assets specifically the Southbank development.

- Leasing & Lease Administration
- Customer Service & Administration
- Marketing & Community
- Facilities Management
- Finance & Finance Reporting
- WHS & Governance Reporting & Management
- Leadership & People Management
- Ambassador of the Brand and Values
- 2 years Leasing or Property Management experience or minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in a Residential Real Estate or Hospitality setting i.e. Hotel
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate is an advantage but not essential
- Effective business planning & management skills
- Demonstrate integrity and build trust
- Fosters openness and transparency with teams
- Leadership and People Management - set and track KPI's, Performance feedback and coaching
- Outstanding communication skills
- Inspire people though change.
