The ClientThis agency is the absolute market leader in the south corridor, priding themselves on providing a supportive team environment. Each team member is appreciated and in line with these ethics, this position is to support their busy property management team. This is an agency housing circa 40 x employees across residential & commercial real estate.
About the role
Available due to an internal promotion, therefore a full handover will be provided to the successful candidate:
- Working with the BDM to prepare advertisements for rental properties
- Showing properties for lease to potential tenants
- Processing tenancy applications
- Assisting potential tenants in sourcing suitable rental properties
- Working to ensure that vacancy rates are kept to a minimum without compromising the quality of tenants recommended
- Property Management Certificate
- Outstanding time management and initiative to juggle multiple appointments
- Previous experience in real estate is preferred, however candidates who have completed their PM Certificate are also encouraged to apply
- A current Driver's Licence is essential (car provided)
- Desire to be the best and continually raise the benchmark!
- A take-home company car and fuel card
