We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant/Field Agent.

Responsibilities:

• Show available properties to prospective renters and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Screen potential renters by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying references.
• Prepare and execute rental agreements, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Coordinate move in and move out processes, conducting ingoing inspections and documenting the condition of properties.

Requirements:

• Agents Representative Certificate. 
• Preferably 1 year plus leasing experience.
• Strong communication/negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and target driven with a passion for investment properties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our renters and rental providers.
• Enthusiastic/keen to learn and grow.
