We are seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to assist us on a project for a period of 3 months. This role is to start as soon as possible
In this build to rent property, we have over 100 apartments in one location to lease and require a leasing expert to open doors to perspective tenants.
Who we are looking for:
- Have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Can work unsupervised and think outside the square
- Minimum 6 months leasing experience
- Have strong self-management and organisational abilities, with high attention to detail
- Have good communication skills
- Must be available to work on Saturday
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Eager to learn
- Someone who is passionate about all things social media
What you will do:
- Coordinate open homes, tenant inspections and private inspections
- Communication with clients
- Manage online, phone and email enquiries
- Preparation of lease documents
