   What will you be doing in this role:Working in a fast paced and well-oiled property management team this role will act as the key support person to ensure the smooth day to day running of all leasing and inspection activities across the Lower North Shore.
  • Responding to tenant inquiries via phone and email
  • Carry out mid week and Saturday open homes
  • Manage market feedback conversations with Landlords
  • Managing keys, open packs, brochures and signboards
  • Process applications and review reference checks
  • Carry out ingoing inspections and reports
  • Schedule and carry out all first round routine inspections for new tenancies
  
The right candidate will have:
  • 12+ months real estate experience in a similar role
  • A positive can do attitude
  • The ability to think on your feet and problem solve 
  • Knowledge of Agentbox and SNUG preferable
  • Confident communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Strong work ethic and passion for real estate 
  • A current certificate of registration
  • A reliable car and valid drivers licence
