Currently seeking the newest addition to their Property Management team, this role will suit an ambitious individual looking to step up their career.
As the Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force that delivers a refreshing and unique approach to achieve the best possible results. Supporting a Property Management team, this role will see you utilise your communication, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:
- Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
- Conducting open homes and open for inspections
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Routine inspections & Saturday work
- Diary Management
- Prepare properties for online advertising
- Lease sign ups
- Preparing leases and lease packs
- Ad hoc administration duties
We are looking for someone who is ready to join one of Sydney’s most exclusive teams. You will have:
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Your own car and a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Work well with targets & a lucrative commission structure!
