Leasing Consultant - Up to $80K

My client is a leading, multi office agency with National success. Currently seeking a successful, experienced Leasing Consultant to join their award-winning corporate team, this is an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the most recognized force in the CBD of Sydney. The Role:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing leases and lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties

Skills & Experience:

• A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license
• Excellent computer skills and strong communication
• A self-starter and office motivator
• Highly organized
• The ability to think outside the square
