Our Tribe is looking to further develop its Property Management business and is looking for a Leasing Consultant to work alongside the PM team and be responsible for managing the leasing process and providing day to day support to our Senior Property Manager.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Conducting open for inspections and private appointments
- Managing rental enquiries via email and phone
- Processing applications, securing tenants and negotiating rentals
- Providing high-level, customer service to both landlords and tenants
- Proactively working to develop skills through training
Who are we looking for?
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
- Prior experience with Inspect real estate preferred but not necessary
- Good experience and knowledge of the St George rental market
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- An individual who wants to build a successful career in Real Estate
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Reliable car and current driver's licence
- Ability to work as part of the Tribe
- Someone with a can-do attitude who shows initiative and drive
