The Role

This agency offers you ONE day off during the week. How perfect! You can run your mid-week errands! This is a great opportunity for you to join a strong Property Management team. You will adore their phenomenal training and induction program that will facilitate your success.
As a Leasing Consultant your duties will consist of, but are not limited to:

• Handling leasing enquires from prospective tenants and process paperwork for the competent applicants
• Leasing and open for inspection
• Compile and complete condition reports
• Provide assistance to the property managers and owners to approve successful applications
• Ad hoc administration
• Help with maintenance & repairs

What will you need to succeed?

• Minimum one year experience and willingness to learn and grow
• A Certificate of registration
• A reliable car and valid driver's license
• Have knowledge in Microsoft applications
• Lastly, to want to take the next step in their career!
• Salary flexible on experience
