The Role:

• Leasing available properties 
• Liaising with landlords regarding their properties and the leasing processes 
• Reference checking applications 
• Guiding tenants regarding lease start dates and lease sign up's 
• Conduct open homes and private inspections 
• Ensuring properties are ready for market 
• Database management
• Marketing available properties for lease

The Person:

• Previous Real Estate experience highly advantageous
• Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic is a must
• Have a valid drivers license and working car 
• Be a strong communicator 
• Have a solid ability to prioritise time and familiar with diary management
