The Role:
- Conducting & running open homes
- Liaising with tenants
- Processing rental applications
- Ingoings & outgoings – you will provide support to the property management team
- Conducting Open Homes
- Diary Management
- Prepare properties for online advertising
- Preparing leases and lease packs
- Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
- All training provided (minimal real estate experience is advantageous)
- A Car, Drivers License & Certificate of Registration
- We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- The ability to provide a high level of service
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
