The Role:
- Leasing available properties
- Liaising with landlords regarding their properties and the leasing processes
- Reference checking applications
- Guiding tenants regarding lease start dates, lease sign up's etc
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Ensuring properties are ready for market
- Database management
- Marketing available properties for lease
The Person:
- Previous real estate experience is highly advantageous
- Hold a valid real estate certificate of registration
- Have a valid drivers license and working car
- Be a strong communicator and highly organised
- A fantastic team with a leading brand name behind them
- Extremely good staff retention due to their culture and support provided
