We are seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to join our team working across two of our leading offices across Woolloomooloo and Sydney.
We are open to applications from outside of the real estate industry providing you have completed your Certificate of Registration and can demonstrate your excellence in customer service and delivering results.
Who we are looking for:

- Grit: we need to you show us your strength and determination to achieve.
- Have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Can work unsupervised and think outside the square
- Have strong self-management and organisational abilities, with high attention to detail
- Have good communication skills
- Must be available to work on Saturday
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Eager to learn
- Someone who is passionate about all things social media
What you will do:
- Coordinate open homes, tenant inspections and private inspections
- Rental property marketing
- Communication with clients
- Application processing
- Managing rental listings
- Manage online, phone and email enquiries
- Preparation of lease documents
- Manage your own social media profile and build a brand for yourself in real estate
