The Role: 

We are seeking a full time Leasing Consultant/property officer to join our property management team. The applicant must be highly organised, show attention to detail and be able to work autonomously. Working alongside a strong property management team within a highly reputable agency with an enthusiastic team to help you develop and grow your career.  

• Conducing open homes / private inspections
• Handling rental inquiries 
• Processing rental applications 
• Conducting routine inspection 
• Preparation and conducting ingoing inspections
• Assisting the property management team 

The Candidate:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is ready for the next step in their career or kickstart their Real Estate career! 

While no previous experience is required, a Certificate of registration is essential (or willingness to obtain one) to be considered as well as a reliable car and valid driver’s license. We are seeking an applicant with:
