The Role:
This is an opportunity to provide a high level of service that is above & beyond! Working alongside a fantastic Property Management division, we are looking for a talented individual to follow a streamlined leasing process. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing lease documents & lease sign-ups
- Conducting open homes and property viewings
- Responding to potential tenant enquiries via emails & phone calls
- Processing rental applications and conducting thorough background checks
- Acting as a liaison between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues
- Providing excellent customer service
The Ideal Candidate:
- A confident, hard-working individual with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A valid NSW real estate licence/certificate of registration
- A NSW driver's licence and reliable, well-presented vehicle
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Immaculate personal presentation & great organisational and time management skills
