What you will be doing in this role:
Manage the leasing process for residential houses and apartments in the Inner West. Run alongside a team of two property managers in this fun and varied role will see you work 5 days per week, Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week plus Sunday.
- Conduct all leasing and private inspections
- Respond to tenant enquiries
- Process applications and reference checking
- Follow up tenants to pay deposits and bonds
- Guide tenants through the leasing process
- Manage key hand over with new tenants
- Advertise vacant properties online
- Coordinate for lease signboard instillation
- Prepare for and attend open for inspections
- Nurture tenant and client relationships
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
The right candidate will have:
- Current Certificate of Registration
- 3 months leasing experience preferable
- OR experience working in a customer service environment
- A valid driver’s license and car
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- A desire to grow with this team and build a long term career
