The Responsibilities:
- Assisting a busy Property Management team
- Marketing and showing available properties
- Conducting routine inspections/open homes
- Creating leasing and property management documents
- Manage enquiries and correspondence
- Ingoing and condition reports as needed
- Reviewing/processing rental applications
- Liaising with clients
- Assisting with new business
- Maintenance and work orders
- Be professionally presented
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be consistent and highly reliable
- Clear and proactive communicator
- An Australian driver's license and reliable car
- Have excellent customer service skills and experience
- Have your Certificate of Registration
