The role:
› Conducting open homes and showing properties to prospective tenants
› Responding to tenant enquiries
› Processing tenancy applications
› Onboarding new tenants
› Writing advertisements for marketing of rental properties
› Conducting Ingoing and Routine inspections
› Learning on the job with a career pathway into either Leasing Team Leader or Property Manager
You:
› Have a background in real estate, hospitality, customer service or retail and thrive in a busy work environment
› Enjoy being on the road and interacting with clients
› Have a passion for learning and assisting others
› Must have or able to obtain current Certificate of Registration prior to starting work
› Must have own reliable car, current drivers license
› Are well presented, efficient, organised and dependable
Skills required:
› Great communicator (In person, phone and emails)
› Confident & safe driver
› Ability to work independently and as a team
› A professional and pleasant phone manner
