Our Opportunity

As Leasing Executivein Build to Rent, you will be required to maximise leasing income and deliver occupancy targets across our portfolio of Build to Rent assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver and exceed leasing targets identified in each asset's Leasing Plan
• Contact all leads within set timeframes, conduct follow up calls, process applications and issue compliant lease documentation to move prospective renters through the leasing pipeline as efficiently as possible
• Book site inspections and work with the wider asset team(s) to implement any required initiatives to drive excellence in presentation, performance and safety standards
• Complete property tours with prospective customers, highlighting the LIV value proposition and aligning with the LIV Customer Service Charter
• Act as the primary contact for all new lease negotiations and renewals, from initial point of contact through to handover with accurate input of information within the required systems
• Review lease applications for completeness and compliance, and escalate for approval where needed
• Audit of leasing data, ensuring 100% accuracy to inform timely reporting, with insightful commentary provided
• Provide direction and input into the creation of leasing marketing materials and ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels
• Actively contribute to project working groups across the business that deliver tangible outcomes for the division
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure system/data integrity, efficient information flow and to drive portfolio wide excellence and efficiencies through consistency of approach, reporting and transfer of experiences and learnings
• Champion the consistent application of the key Mirvac values, leading by example and promoting a high-performing and collaborative environment

Your point of difference

• 3+ years of experience in real estate or sales industry
• Previous success in creating and driving leads and achieving targets
• Demonstrated success in achieving results through effective relationship management at all levels, and by driving a customer-centric strategy
• Commercial/financial acumen
• High level of IT proficiency, with Salesforce, Yardi and StarRez experience desirable
• A strong understanding of relevant legislation
• Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent License
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively, ensuring deadlines are achieved on time
• Strong pitching, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to solve issues as they arise and to improve system and process efficiencies and effectiveness
• A commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
