Executive Sales and Leasing Assistant

19th March, 2024 Our client is a long established, well known commercial agency in Melbourne's CBD. We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support a team of dynamic commercial Sales and Leasing agents.  The Role:This is a critical support role to ensure the smooth running of the sales team. It will see you working with a dynamic bunch of professionals.  Your duties and responsibilities will include duties such as: Set up sales files Prepare Sales Letters Send sale letters to Vendors, Purchasers and solicitors Prepare Offer to Lease documentation Database entry and management Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process  Prepare Just Listed/Sold/Leased letters Use of InDesign for marketing presentation material and Photoshop for photography markups General administration and ad-hoc duties The successful Candidate: Solid administration history,  real estate is desirable but not essential Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously High level of communication and attention to detail Strong written & verbal communication skills…
