Leasing Manager | Entry to Real Estate

We are currently seeking a Leasing Manager to join our multi award-winning team. As the Leasing Manager you will be responsible providing internal support and expert advice to the General Manager – Property on property and leasing related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Coverage

• Step in to manage portfolios when Property Managers are on annual leave or sick leave.
• Ensure seamless continuity of property management services during absences.

Leasing and Onboarding

• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to lease new properties brought on by the company.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new managements, ensuring a smooth transition for property owners and tenants.

Front Office Administrative Duties

• Assist with front office duties as needed, including responding to enquiries, assisting the property managers and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
• Handle general administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the property management team.

Skills

• Some experience in property management.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different portfolios and responsibilities.

Education and Certifications

• A relevant qualification in property management or a related field is an advantage
• Current knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.
