About the role
We are seeking a part-time (fixed-term) Leavers Ningaloo Team Leader who will plan, prepare and deliver this flagship SU program in conjunction with our Camp & Missions Team. In this role, you will build a strong culture and a high-performance team of volunteers, and oversee all facets of the program and its operations. This position is part-time (1 day per week).

Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience in camping and facilitating programs for young people (preferably within a Christian ministry context)
Great administrative, communication and project management skills
Experience in leading and training volunteers
Passion for ministry and camping programs
Previous experience of volunteering on Leavers Ningaloo is highly desirable
