• LET salary range $84,965 - $103,172 + Super

About the Role
The primary role of a TAFE SA Lecturer is to provide a quality educational service of training, assessment and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives. Lecturers will also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients including Correctional Services.

To be successful you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE 40116 or a Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management, Certificate III in Horticulture or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years industry or teaching experience within a Conservation and Ecosystem Management, Horticulture or related industry.

Special Conditions

The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).

• Out of hours work may be required and a flexible approach to the hours of duty is essential.

• Some Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.

• May be required to relocate to other campuses within TAFE SA.

• A flexible approach to the taking of leave is essential.

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
