This position will be delivering BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, Health and Safety Representative training and other associated short courses and skill sets relevant to Work Health and Safety and the skills and qualifications of the successful applicant.
To be successful, you will have the following…
- Significant relevant industry/ vocational or lecturing experience (minimum of 5 years)
- Relevant vocational qualifications and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed including:
Essential
- Minimum qualification BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- It is a requirement of the role to fulfill the Nominated trainer criteria for approved providers of Health and safety representative training in Western Australia. The successful applicant is required to demonstrate:
- A minimum of two years relevant experience in an industrial/workplace relations or work health and safety role
- Evidence of qualifications or experience in consultation, negotiation and issue resolution that empowers workers’ in a workplace setting
- It is preferred that applicants already possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or can demonstrate willingness or progression towards achieving it.
Desirable
- Experience and qualifications in Quality Auditing and/or Leadership and Management and/or Sustainability
- Diploma of Work Health and Safety
