The School of Business is one of six schools at the University of New South Wales Canberra. It offers a multi-disciplinary and collaborative work environment focusing on delivering high quality teaching in both undergraduate and postgraduate committed to preparing students for success in a wide range of fields. We are an internationally accredited business school and have a strong research focus in areas that include public service management, human resource management, governance, strategic decision-making, public-sector implementation. The school also offers high quality research programs at the masters and PhD level.
This role will be filled at either a Level B or Level C.
About the Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A PhD in a field that complements the breadth of expertise of the School and supports teaching into Human Resources Management and related subjects.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design, development and delivery into Human Resources Management courses at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level;
- Experience using and/or designing with educational technologies and online delivery methods;
- Evidence of ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and support student equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives;
- Demonstrated track record in research with outcomes of high quality and high impact with clear evidence of the desire and ability to continually achieve research excellence as well as the capacity for research leadership;
- High level communication skills and ability to network effectively and interact with a diverse range of students and staff;
- Evidence of highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships;
