The Opportunity:
A 12-month parental leave contract has become available to join our Legal team on a part-time or full-time basis as a Legal Administrator. There is the ability to work 3-5 days per week and flexibility on the working days.
80% of this role is accurately and efficiently processing invoices for our legal team between three systems. While the remaining 20% includes other ad-hoc duties, such as: preparing and amending reports and presentations, arranging meetings and travel bookings, matter management and SharePoint queries, processing expense cards and maintenance of Bank Guarantee and Certificates of Title registers.
You will report to our Head of Legal Administration and support the wider legal team consisting of Heads of Legal, Managing Legal Counsels, Senior Legal Counsels and Legal Counsels.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a role processing high volume invoices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Legal experience is not required to succeed in this role, and if you happen to have experience using Xakia, Oracle or Brightflag, that would be a bonus, but not a mandatory requirement to be considered for the role!
