An opportunity has become available to join our firm to primarily support a partner in the Wills & Estate area whilst providing additional support to the legal team in a variety of areas across our practice, including commercial, property and litigation. This role is a hybrid role where you will be able to work from home and the office. With lots of variety no two days will be the same.
We encourage you to apply if you have at least 3-5 years' plus experience in the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with probate and letters of administration
- Liaising with clients, courts, solicitors and third parties
- Preparation of correspondence and court documents
- Administrative duties including dictation, email and file management
- Preparing and collating briefs
- Billing and time recording
About you:
- You have excellent organisational and time management skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Redcrest, and exposure to a practice management software
