About the role....
This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and their team. The pace is fast and you'll enjoy being involved in a wide range of diverse and complex litigation matters.
Your busy and varied day will include, but not be limited to:
- diary management
- management of files, open/close and archive
- prepare documents for various Courts and Tribunal hearings
- dicataphone typing
- liaising with clients
- coordinating meetings
- end of month billing and expenses
- draft general correspondence
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- well developed organisational skills
- strong attention to detail
- a pro-active and flexible team attitude
- advanced MS Office skills
- the ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team environment
