A Legal Assistant opportunity, working within Corporate Law, supporting at Partner level - you will work alongside other Legal Assistants!

As a Legal Assistant in this team, you will work closely with other Legal Assistants providing support to a Partner and team. You will also have the support of a Team Coordinator, ensuring you are mentored and developed throughout your career.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Typing, formatting & proof reading documents and agreements
- Drafting basic correspondence
- Billing & Reporting
- New client management, inputting new clients & opening files
- Conduct company, organisational and PPSR searches
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Organising meetings
- Diary Management
- Dictation when required using BigHand system
- other ad hoc duties
