Exceptional opportunity for a motivated and pro-active Legal Assistant with 2 to 4 years' experience to join a leading global Law Firm recognised for investing in its people and for fostering a positive team culture.
Assisting a Partner and their team in a high profile Employment Law practice you'll enjoy being involved as well as the opportunity to use your initiative and take on additional responsibilities.
Some of your key duties will include;
• diary management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
• typing, proof reading and editing documents
• drafting general correspondence
• preparing monthly billing and client reports
• extensive internal and external client liaison
• other administrative tasks to assist your team
Our client is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Legal Assistant with a happy disposition and a "can do" attitude who enjoys being part of friendly, supportive team.
