The Role
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to work in the Family division to provide administration support to the team. This group is a collaborative, close knit team who are seeking a friendly and proactive Legal Assistant to work with them to deliver excellent client service thought administration and secretarial tasks. The group advises a diverse range of clients with whom you will have daily contact. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Handling phone and email queries
- Liaising with clients and arranging meetings
- Drafting correspondence and preparing documents
- Communicating with employees and clients of all levels
- General administration support
- Billing
You
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant
- Excellent communication skills
- Corporate presentation and professional communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and enhance skills.
