• diary management and arranging appointments
• create and maintain files, opening files and file management
• general typing, digital dictation and amending documents
• screening telephone calls and liaising with clients
• general administrative associated with maintaining a busy practice

Our client is seeking a talented & experienced Litigation Legal Assistant who likes to be engaged in their work and has the confidence to use their initiative to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
Other key attributes include:
• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Litigation and/or VCAT matters
• excellent time management skills with the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• strong MS Office skills and fast accurate typing
• working knowledge of litigation process
• pro-active and positive team person
• a friendly, down to earth personality with a 'good sense of humour'
