Key Responsibilities and Tasks
We are seeking an ambitious and career driven candidate to join our fast paced and reputable firm. This position will provide a fantastic opportunity to further develop and showcase your skills.
Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- managing incoming calls and client queries
- scheduling and maintaining appointments
- file organization
- drafting and preparing legal documents
- liaising with clients and insurers
- supporting lawyers with various tasks
- General administrative duties such as data entry.
Qualifications and Skills
In order to be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a support role preferably in a law firm. Candidates with exposure to litigation will be highly regarded. In addition, you will possess the following qualities and experience:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong time management, problem solving and organisational skills
- Professional and confident written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and personable attitude
- The ability to take initiative and work in a faced paced environment
- Familiarity with diary and email management
- The confidence to work autonomously and as a team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in a legal or professional office is preferred
