Your New Role
Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this role will allow you to work on a range of commercial contracts including engineering engagements, minor works as well as consultancy agreements, RTI and Privacy. You will also play a key role in addressing and managing legal risk in a proactive way as well as keeping the business abreast of legislative changes through legal updates and training.

Your Skills Profile

• 3-8 years' post-admission experience gained in a law firm or in-house;
• Experience in commercial or property law including negotiation, transactions, and contracting;
• Experience in RTI and litigation would be desirable but not essential;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a team;
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills; and
• Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
