Your New Organisation
Our client is a large corporate business servicing work across a number of Queensland projects. This innovative Australian-owned company has offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney and a workforce of nearly 4000 employees.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide legal advice on commercial arrangements and major transactions, regulatory issues and the procurement and management of external legal advisers.
This varied role will see you act on a range of legal areas including projects, construction and infrastructure, contract law, technology, corporate governance, transactions, compliance and privacy.

Your Skills Profile

• 4+ years post admission experience within a law firm environment;
• Experience in commercial, property, construction or major projects;
• Strong technical skills, particularly with experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts;
• An excellent team player but also able to work autonomously;
• Prepared to undertake a wide variety of work as required; and
• Highly developed communication skills.
