About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high quality legal advice in relation to safety and employment governance and compliance for various legal issues
- Monitoring regulatory and legislative changes to identify issues which may impact the business and the business strategies
- Established strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand the business motivations and priorities
- You have a minimum 2PQE with a specialisation in Employment and Safety law
- You have experience providing advice on employment and safety legal issues from advisory, transactional and litigious matters
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
