THE ROLE:
As a Legal Personal Assistant, this position offers an exciting opportunity to support at Partner Level within the esteemed International Capital Markets practice group. As a key member of the team, you will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
Manage diaries, appointments and meeting rooms
Emails management
Establish and maintain an effective filing system
Prepare and amend documents and correspondence
Coordinate travel arrangements
Assist with adhoc tasks such as coordinating events
Process billing and expenses
Liaise with clients and respond to queries
THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful you must have:
A minimum of five years' experience as a Legal PA or Senior Legal Secretary having worked across commercial or corporate areas of law.
Proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Flexibility to undertake tasks beyond the defined role.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
