THE ROLE:
As a Legal Personal Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing appointments and travel arrangements
- Assisting with administrative tasks within the team
- Supporting solicitors in overseeing legal practice and ensuring efficient operation of the legal team
- Processing invoices, aiding in monthly billing, and reconciling card statements
- Managing client billing processes
- Addressing client complaints and liaising with client services and partners

THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful, you must have:
- Proven experience in administrative roles within a legal setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Fast and accurate typing skills are required for this position
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
