THE ROLE:
As a Legal Personal Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing appointments and travel arrangements
Assisting with administrative tasks within the team
Supporting solicitors in overseeing legal practice and ensuring efficient operation of the legal team
Processing invoices, aiding in monthly billing, and reconciling card statements
Managing client billing processes
Addressing client complaints and liaising with client services and partners
THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful, you must have:
Proven experience in administrative roles within a legal setting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proactive and enthusiastic approach
Fast and accurate typing skills are required for this position
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
