Qualifications & experience
- Minimum one year in an administrative role
- Customer service in a professional services or law firm environment will be highly regarded
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions driven
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Energetic team player with a positive attitude
Tasks & responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients - in person and over phone
- Carry out day to day administrative functions of the firm
- Provide secretarial support to our lawyers, including matter related tasks, filing and billing
- Attend to arrangements for court filing, mail, couriers and coordinate the flow of information into and out of the office
- Assist with keeping the firm's practice management system (LEAP) up to date and files in order
- Assist with the delivery of operational projects to contribute to efficiency gains
