Brand New Legal Receptionist Role with a Growing Law Firm - Gold Coast

Your new role 
As the Legal Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting clients, showing warmth and empathy towards everyone
• Phone line management
• Setting tasks for solicitors using LEAP
• Collating documents and preparing and filing court documents
• Meeting preparations
• Various other ad hoc admin duties
• Attend monthly Admin training

What you'll need to succeed 
As the Legal Receptionist, you will need to have:

• Experience in a Law firm, or alternatively, Accounting, Medical, or Financial Planning industry
• LEAP experience is desired
• Willingness to learn and be responsible for your work
• Flexibility to work across various offices if needed
• Team player attitude
