Legal Secretary - Insurance

The Company
We have teamed up with an award-winning legal firm located in a newly renovated office in the CBD with 16 specialised Partners & Associates that are dedicated to providing the most exceptional support with Insurance.
  
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for someone to assist a very motivated and supportive Partner who’s down to earth with the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week after a few months.
  
About you
You will have 2+years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally with exposure to insurance, but not essential. Available to work full time.
  
The Responsibilities:

• Preparation and drafting of court documents / correspondence
• Diary management
• Brief preparation
• Monthly billing
• Opening / closing files
• Executive / personal assistant duties as required
• Assisting lawyers as necessary
• General secretarial and administrative tasks
