About the role
As a Lifestyle coordinator, the key role would be to design; coordinate and implement leisure based activities program to support and enhance the lives of residents at the home. This is a Permanent full time role based in Bendigo.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing leisure activities for aged residents
- Identify individual residents through assessments
- Organising leisure and recreational activities and events
- Encouraging and supporting residents to take part in activities both within and outside the home
About You
- Communication skills - both verbal and written
- Creativeness and ability to research activities and ideas that suit and meet resident’s needs
- Ability to collaborate with the team and engage the community
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organization.
