Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lending Specialist to join our team. As a Lending Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their lending needs, including home loans, personal loans, car loans, commercial loans and business loans. You will be responsible for assessing loan applications, providing expert financial advice, and guiding clients through the lending process from application to approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and assess clients' financial situations to determine eligibility and risk.
• Provide tailored lending solutions to meet clients' needs and objectives.
• Educate clients on various loan products, terms, and conditions.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, including documentation and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and timely approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in lending.

Requirements:

• Must have Certificate IV Financial Services (Finance/ Mortgage Broking) or a Diploma in Finance/Mortgage Broking.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in lending, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of lending principles, products, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and make informed decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Vietnamese speaking is a plus.
