Centrepoint Alliance Lending are credit experts and provide lending services to enable Financial Advisers to deliver holistic advice to their clients by adding lending capability to the range of services within their practices.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Banker or Finance Broker, to join our Company to service internal networks. With the expansion of the lending model our Adviser network will be sending leads requiring loan facilitation through to our internal salaried broker on a regular basis.
This role will service Advisers and Brokers who join the Lending Platform. You will facilitate residential, commercial and equipment finance loans from first contact with the client through to settlement.
Responsibilities & Duties- Facilitation of Residential, Commercial and Equipment Finance Loans, ensuring critical dates are met throughout the loan process.
- Reviewing loans as referred and at loan critical dates, not limited to but including interest only expiry, fixed rate expiry, annual reviews etc.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met.
- Utilise and manage supporting staff (including virtual assistants) to increase efficiencies and maximise volumes.
- Work with Corporate Credit Representatives and Brokers to maximise lead flow. This could include marketing materials, marketing to databases, training in client acquisition methods and other strategies as deemed appropriate.
- Work with Advisers where necessary to ensure the lending suits financial strategies being implemented.
- Liaise and communicate with Corporate Credit Representatives and Brokers as directed to ensure all parties have a full understanding of the client loan progress.
- Meet agreed KPI’s.
- Obtain an intimate knowledge of our GEM software and all technology solutions we offer (incl. LoanQ, Partner Portal and others).
- Train Corporate Credit Representatives and staff on GEM software.
- Adhere to the Lending Platform Service Level standards as directed.
- Certificate 4 Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).
- Current accreditations across multiple lenders (Residential, Commercial and Equipment Finance).
- Technical lending competencies across Residential, Commercial and Equipment Finance.
- Compliance and Regulatory requirements pertaining to all forms of lending.
- You will be able to work to tight deadlines and multitask various operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Identify issues and inefficiencies and provide practical solutions.
